Organic Gourmet Vanilla

Gourmet vanilla beans are meticulously hand-cured and sourced from the highest quality vanilla in Madagascar. They come from the V. planifolia plant which is commonly referred to as Bourbon vanilla. 
 
Each bean is 15cm+ long and loaded with black seeds. "Gourmet" refers to the grading of the vanilla bean; it's the highest grade and means the beans contain a higher moisture content
 
These vanilla beans provide excellent flavor and aroma, and are perfect for applications such as fine gastronomy ice cream, custard, cakes and other baked goods, and savory dishes.
